Ingredients:
1 cup dry Minute Rice
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 (8 oz.) grated cheese
1 (8-16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked, and drained (frozen or fresh)
Instructions:
Saute rice and onion in butter in skillet. Add soup, milk, water, and cheese. Cook until smooth. Then add cooked broccoli. Place in an ungreased 8x8 inch pan dish. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 min. at 350°.
