Ingredients:
1 pkg. Hash Browns
onion (chopped)
1 can cream of chicken
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
Place thawed hash browns in a 9x13 pan. SautĂ© onion in butter (Melt butter in skillet on med/high. Once melted, put in finely chopped onion. Mix until onion is transparent, and maybe a bit brown on the edges). Add cream of chicken, cheese, and sour cream. Once cheese is melted, pour over hash browns- stir. Bake for 20-25 min (add 15 min if in a Polish pottery pan) at 350°.
