CRUST:
5 Tbl. unsalted butter (melted)
Graham Crackers (crushed in a Ziploc bag)
3 Tbl. sugar
Mix together in Ziploc bag. Put into muffin tray, pressed into the sides to form a cup. Bake for 8 min at 325°.
PIE:
4 1/2 tsp lime zest
1/2 cup lime juice
4 egg yolks
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Mix together and add a spoonful or so into each little crust (once the crust is cooked). Bake for 15-17 min at 325°.
