Ingredients:
Rice (to serve with the chicken)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soysauce
1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
1 cup flour with salt and pepper
1/2 cup peanut oil
2 Tbl. sesame seeds
5 breasts of chicken (1 per person)
Instructions:
Cut chicken into strips. Coat in flour and fry in peanut oil. Meanwhile... in sauce pan combine: sugar, soysauce, and onions. Heat on medium until chicken is done. Combine chicken, sauce, and seeds. Serve over rice. *Note: you can use as much chicken as you'd like according to the number of people.
