Cranberry Crack

Ingredients:

12 oz. fresh cranberries

1 jalapeño chopped

1/2 bunch cilantro 

2 green onions chopped

1 tsp cumin

3/4 cup sugar

Instructions:

Put cranberries in food processor or finely chop. Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (I prefer 24 hrs). Pour over cream cheese. Serve with wheat thins.

Scrambled Eggs in a Mug

 Ingredients: 1 egg 1 Tbl milk 1 pinch ground black pepper (optional) Instructions: Crack egg into microwave-safe mug. Beat until even in collor. Pour in milk and beat until light yellow in color. Heat in microwave until cooked thoroughly and fluffy, about 90 seconds. Sprinkle pepper over egg.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg Instructions: Mix ingredients together until smooth. Scoop onto cookie sheet. Press down on each scoop of dough with the back of a fork and again from the opposite direction to make something like this... #. Bake for 12 min at 350°.
